My wife recently had a knee replacement and we arranged for New Wave Home Care to be at our home for a few weeks after the surgery. The team they sent over was excellent without exception and the care was as well, which included follow-up after they were no longer coming to our home. We couldn't have made a better choice for home care and highly recommend their services.

I interviewed with them once they didn't even get back to me to let me know that they are not going to move forward to me after they said that they would give me a call regardless if I was employed by them or not, then they proceeded to call me again for a second interview. This company is totally unorganized. I went and waste my time applying or even using their services
New Wave Home Care provided caregivers for my mother during the last 12 years of her life. At first, they provided companion care on a part-time basis, and eventually Mom needed round the clock care. I highly recommend them for many reasons. Often New Wave caregivers would remain for many months, if not for years. We had several that remained for 4-5 years, because they were truly caring and they kept Mom safe and healthy.
