I had a full head of highlights done by Kaitlyn, and I couldn't be happier! My hair has honestly never looked better. She was able to achieve the exact blonde I was hoping for while keeping my hair looking healthy and beautiful. I was very disappointed with my recent visit. The customer service was not friendly. I noticed they have raised their prices. Unfortunately, the quality of the haircut did not match the new higher cost. It is not worth the money!
I had virgin hair and I wanted a change so visited this salon about 2 months ago for a haircut, warm brown highlights, and a treatment. The total cost was over $500, and unfortunately I was not satisfied with the result. I specifically asked for brown highlights and showed reference photos, but the final result turned out yellow and not at all what I requested.
