I was invited to an interview on 1/10 and after completing it, I was told I would hear back in a week. Instead of taking five seconds out of their day to send a rejection letter they ghosted me instead. Very unprofessional and rude. However, after reading others reviews it sounds like they have horrible communication skills. I dodged a bullet on this one.

This company changed. They used to make a great 10-stage filter that was see-thru. Then they updated the design and you can no longer see inside and the filtration is way worse. I think they made it opaque now to hide cheaper filtration so they can make more profit. They also do not publish any data to back up their claims. Seems to me this company has sold out to foreign entities due to greed. I will be finding a new company for my water filtration needs.

I purchased the New Wave Enviro 10 Stage Plus Water Filter System with an extra filter. I registered the product as they state that they will send you a reminder to change the filter (never got a registration acknowledgement or reminder). I actually liked the product, it was easy to install and my water never tasted so good...until I tried to change the filter. I could not open the cartridge housing to change out the filter after one year. All of the connector pieces didn't show a huge amount of sediment so I was perplexed. ... read more

Housing will not come apart to replace old filter. The company is aware of this issue as they give you instructions on how to remove it. I have followed the instructions and it doesn’t work! Getting rid of this product! Returning replacement filter to store. Worst purchase I’ve ever made. Good luck on getting in touch with customer service. They don’t answer their phone and they do not respond to emails.
