This is more a review of the customer service rep Jessica than the company. I have worked with Jessica multiple times and the assistance she gave me was second to none. She was able to work with me in order to save me a LOT of money. I am currently due to renew my "right to compare" and although New Waves price is higher than others, I am putting them towards the top of my list solely based on my customer service experience (multiple times). Wave energy for me c was a GREAT WASTE OF MONEY! I am elderly and on a fixed income. So I look for any way to save. I eat one time a day to save. I leave my temp in my house 79 to 80 degree to try to save. So when the young man knocked on my door with a savings through wave energy I thought wonderful! Well buyer beware!!!! I came upon their flashy website while searching for both gas & electric plans. Unfortunately their prices are higher than I'm paying for each now, unless I joined a 1-month plan (or month-to-month). So goodbye, though the website is above average for an energy broker.

This scummy company keeps calling my home and business. It's like they spawn new phone numbers to consistently harass people. Terrible business practices i had to block 2 phone number within a 5 minute window.

Our bill went from $1200 a month to over $5000 a month. The salesman said our bill would be lowered by $400 a month, This was not true. We have closed our business because of New Wave Energy.
