Lived in D12 back in 2015 and loved it. Was small but worked full time during day/ scc at night for welding and fab. So I was gone most the day but I fixed that room up very well, I.E. painted, light fixtures, etc. I would LOVE to move back to Spokane ,so if management reads this and my room "D12" is available, please let me know. Willing to pay up to 6 months in advance.
This is a most disgusting apartment building in downtown Spokane. Cockroaches, dead bugs, mental health, patient and cats.
This place is extending my life and giving it the affection and prized future I always dreamt of.
The New Washington Apartments are a rad place to live, with fun lively guests who are kind and are neat. We usually enjoy paying rent, the place needs lights and warmth, flushable toilets so please consider this if you're willing to pay $450-$500 a month and first apply at The Wolf Apartments to do a background and pay a deposit first handidly. You will want to speak to managers Rose or Patrick.
