The New Washington Apartments are a rad place to live, with fun lively guests who are kind and are neat. We usually enjoy paying rent, the place needs lights and warmth, flushable toilets so please consider this if you're willing to pay $450-$500 a month and first apply at The Wolf Apartments to do a background and pay a deposit first handidly. You will want to speak to managers Rose or Patrick.
Meth dealers and bed bugs galore. Vindictive management. Holes in the doors with people looking in. Not a safe place.
The stars are only low because the building is being overhauled, cleaned, cabinets replaced etc...But I see forward movement every day, and I bet in a few months I'll be able to put all 5 shining stars because- The building manager, Cheryl, is a phenomenal human being, and an extremely meticulous and punctual professional. I applied to almost 50 rooms over the past 3 weeks and Cheryl is hands down the most efficient, functional and knowledgeable person out of all the people I dealt with this month. The people selling blues and methods to the local community live here. They will make your life absolutely he'll if you're not a customer. And Mondo the head drug dealer will not give you your mail. He makes up new rules as the druggies get worse and always takes there side. He let's druggie s pets pee and poop in the hallway always. The old and crippled people are forced to take the street drugs so no one sleeps. This building needs to be closed down
