I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from New Vistas—they are absolutely bad business. They managed our property for years and left us with a massive mess of unpaid bills, including trash services and our insurance. Even if there were funding shortages, Caron Wells never communicated to the Board that services were being cut or that we were at risk. This NEW VISTA CORPORATION sux why pay fees when they DO NOT do anything. What are they really doin with the money??? Cause there sure as hell isnt providing any services. We all need to put a petition in and complain together and get a new ASSOCIATION that will provide services that we pay for.
