Terrible management company. Negligence is what you pay for. How are they still in business
Horrible management company!!! I have a squirrel in the walls of my unit and I’ve been Calling Karen the property manager and leaving voicemails, she’s not even giving the courtesy of a call back…I bet if I didn’t pay that HOA fee she would call right away 🤔

I have contacted Jacobs Terrace property manager for the last two weeks concerning a property on New York Avenue. After emailing, texting, leaving voicemails, and visiting, I just received a response. The issue is squirrels that dug a hole between the floors above the balcony. With no response earlier from Ms. Wells, I hired a pest control company. I was told by them that they couldn’t help until the balcony floor is stabilized. A problem that is now a new issue.
