This complex is Horrible and needs much fixing. The staff is disrespectful and treats everyone as though they are black trash. When needing anything fixed they half do it and then charge you each time. I had mold in my bathroom for over a year and no one noticed. The community is ghetto and filled with negative energy. All you smell is marijuana in the hallways and garbage through the community and the pool is dirty! NEEDS A HUGE IMPROVEMENT!!!

Two words to describe this place, Black People.... with no future, riff raff from projects of Chicago & Rockford. This would ve been a nice place but it is ruined by the blacks that quickly made this place home. I don t feel comfortable around blacks, this place is a ghetto filled with blacks with no future.no white people live here

Hey just wanted to let those of u who were worried about the site.. it was nice i went there today for my interview & things looked great. in fact the Apartment along dwn there r nice.. i did see some thugs..but i seen more people getin to there destinations & doing positive things.. they do hv a police tht circles the are.. they hv a pool, basketball court,& a nice park for the kids to enjoy..i just wish i had of known out the sooner my son is 10 from wht i seen i will be happy when im called.. it took me bout 30-45 mintes ... read more
I stay in the village now and its cool or whatever but since its low-income they kinda treat as like were below everyone they come fix shxt when they feel like it and then when they do its not even fixed all the way...they re moving more and more ghetto black ppl in and thats a headache bcuz they re bringing the drug attic family members with them, last week some lady peed outside right front of the kids at the park, I moved from Chicago so my kids wouldnt have to deal with seeing all the crackheads outsideor no gun shooting... read more
If you can find any other place to reside, please do so! My experience with this complex was extremely stressful, to say the least. As stated in one of the other reviews, the staff is very unprofessional. They treat you as though they really do not need you to rent their apartments. I requested several services for which I had to wait days for a response and more days for a solution.
