Outstanding service. I will be a life long customer of New Vista. They were a pleasure to work with. Rather than push me into a full replacement like many companies would, they were honest about my options and were able to repair my furnace and avoid a huge expense. Technician Derek was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Always on time and was available very quickly when our heat went out. Customer service like this is hard to find, I’ll be recommending them to everyone.

I highly recommend New Vista. I recently used their services to evaluate my 25 yr old AC unit that was not working during the IL heat wave this past August. I work from home and have cats and dogs, so it was important to resolve the issue asap. Terry was attentive and responded within an hour. A service technician named Derrick arrived at my house that same day. Derrick is very detail oriented and customer focused. I've been using New Vista for many years and Terry and his team are the BEST. AC stopped blowing conditioned air on a 90° day. Terry responded quickly and Derek came out to diagnose the problem. Derek is a great tech to work with...very knowledgeable and a problem-solver. He quickly identified the blown part, grabbed it off his truck and installed it. One new capacitor later and the house cooled off quickly...at a fair price! These are kind people who care about their customers. Thanks New Vista!!

DO NOT USE this company. They replaced our furnace three months ago. We accidentally disconnected the humidifier hose. The fail safe switch they installed did not activated and we had a water leak to include ceiling and floor damage. They denied any responsibility for the matter and were not willing to talk with us about the best way to rectify the matter insurance wise. I would have expected them to talk with the switch manufacture to see what could be done to help their client. Therefore, we will now be stuck paying the bi... read more
