Haven’t been to New Vista for almost 2 years and noticed a charge on my credit card in May 2022 for $60.00, called and left 4 messages with billing for a return call which I never received. Disputed charge with Discover and was finally reimbursed now in June 2022 just seen another charge of $60.00 which again I will need to dispute. Keep an eye on your credit card statement and prepare to dispute as billing won’t return your call, I believe they use a third party billing service however as an owner your should be over seeing... read more
Strongly encourage you to document EVERYTHING .They were not responsive and it made matters worse in the situation. Their lack of communication and lack of ethics is unbelievable. However I'm not sure if that was the case with us due to the fact my husbands ex-partner's lawyer mentioned multiple times they were "friends" with the owner and magically they were able to get response from everyone including the OWNER her self.( this maybe hear say) There were visits that were being scheduled without consent which led the opposin... read more

New Vista is a great place and I highly recommend!! For the past two years my boyfriend has been alienated from his kids by their mother. After a long battle in court and with a court order New Vista has been a great help in getting him back in his kids lives and rebuilding that bound with them that was stolen. New Vista is a great counseling service!
