My husband went there and asked if they took his insurance and was told they did. After his appointment he gets a bill for almost $300 and they didn't bill his insurance. They then tell us it's because the therapist he saw doesn't take my husband's insurance, but other therapists in that office do. Then why would you schedule him with someone who doesn't take his insurance?! Clearly don't care about their patients and the hardships they cause. Never recommending them to anyone again.
So they only do intake as walk ins between 1-3. Be prepared for them to not see you for hours if you’re lucky. For the unfortunate ones, you will arrive, will wait, just to be told around 4 that they can’t take anymore for the day and you’ll have to come back another day. They’ll say they only have one therapist, have had a crisis come in, etc… but no one warns you of that at the time of. Save yourself frustration and just be seen elsewhere. Also. Their counselor turnover rate is so high.
I love this place I always feel welcome!!
