Dont waste your time. I saw a nurse practitioner here who had completely forgot that she had taken me off of an antidepressant then scolded me for "going off" of the medication as if I had been a non-compliant patient. She had not even made a record of her decision to take me off the meds and had forgotten about the whole discussion! Now their policy concerning intake for new patients is greedily designed to get as much insurance money out of each patient as possible.
