As a close friend, I am disgusted by this clinic. The practice manager abused their power, gaslighting and intimidating my friend while ignoring their needs. Staff are cold, dismissive, and unprofessional, creating a toxic, unsafe, and hostile environment. Avoid this place at all costs.

I wish there's a ZERO star option. They don't deserve any star. Rude, dismissive, and poorly run, especially the practice manager Johan Crouch. Who's allowed you to talk condescending to me? You listen! No one's allowed! Live with your bad Google review! This clinic shows serious administrative dysfunction and a lack of basic empathy. Communication is confusing, staff are defensive rather than helpful, and concerns are brushed off instead of addressed. Extremely unprofessional and distressing experience. Gaslighting, bullying, and abuse of power. I contacted this clinic recently to enquire about booking with a different psychologist within the same practice, as the company employs multiple clinicians. Instead of receiving help, I was contacted by the practice manager, who repeatedly stated that I had been “discharged” by the clinic last year. This is factually incorrect. My experience with Lily Chen was deeply disappointing. She came across as detached, condescending, and seemed far more focused on herself than on helping her clients. During our sessions, she rarely showed genuine concern or empathy, and her communication style felt cold and dismissive. Lily Chen is one of the worst Psychologists I have ever seen in my life. She is very up herself, arrogant and doesn't even listen or care about her clients. She was rude and makes me feel like she is just "doing her job". I will never recommend anyone to her. After multiple appointments with her I will never go see her. If you want to find a Psychologist that cares for you or listens to you then she is definitely not the one
