I have a medical eye emergency and they turned me down. They wouldn't even try to fit me in. Even if there's a cancelation. So why are they in a listing I can call????
My lasik surgery was performed yesterday. The procedure itself went very well. The staff and Dr. Vakharia walk you through everything step by step so there are no surprises as to what is happening. I woke up this morning with an improvement in vision already and was very happy with my procedure, the staff and aftercare! Would highly recommend coming here for your procedure
The office is very professional, friendly and my overall experience was very positive. My procedure went smooth and was quick and I would recommend this office, the doctor and the staff.
Kind and polite reception from the front desk people to the assistants to Dr. Vakharia himself. The doctor asked questions and actually listened to my answers regarding my vision and my comfort. The work he performed gave me 20/20 vision with very little--if any--discomfort from the first preparations of the surgery through the final follow-up exams. It is so refreshing to experience customer service like there was in the good old days: job well done with a smile. Thank you.
