When you've made a connection with an Optometrist that is competent in their field, thorough, confident, loyal, respectful, patient, friendly, down to earth, compassionate, and passionate about their line of work, driving more than 45 minutes to their new state-of-the-art-facility for an eye exam is not just a mind over matter, but it's priceless. Dr. Swindell is very thorough, competent, and genuinely cares about her patients. She was very careful and attentive during the eye exam, so my prescription feels just right. She helped me pick the frames without pushing me toward any choices. It was al all around great experience!

I was long overdue for a check-in for my eyes and was thrilled with the service I received from Dr. Swindell and her team at New Vision Family Eye Care. Dr. Swindell did more than simply address my initial concerns; we talked at length about other factors I hadn't considered that were affecting the health of my eyes and I got to see firsthand the effects of those factors. not a good experience. when i asked for my prescription as well i noticed she wrote down the same number for both eyes even though up until then, it was well established each of my eyes is different. not very trustworthy in my opinion. nice people, but just not a good place for quality help.
