After suffering a brain injury that involved disrupting my mental vision processing center, I was recommended to visit Dr. Serrano for a functional eye exam. At over 5 years out from my original accident and several doctors later, I have undergone a lot of vision testing and diagnoses. Dr Serrano is very kind and professional. He has expertly worked with me through several health issues.
We have had some issues with communication regarding billing but I have since heard from them and I am thankful to know what the status is. The doctor himself gave my son glasses that really seem to help so we hope to get him in for more vision therapy after this next round of intensive physical therapy, and look forward to seeing if there are any positive results as we are new to vision therapy. Thanks again for getting back to me!
Dr. Serrano and all of his staff are excellent. They have genuine concern for each patient and have the experience to help whatever the vision problem is. Highly recommend and so glad we were referred to them.
