It's a long story but they're great
I had my first appointment coming up with their APRN for medications. I called to ask a question the day before my appointment and they informed me both their APRNs are leaving the state and starting their own practice. I asked, "You guys weren't going to tell me before my first appointment that I wasn't going to be able to see them?" She said they just found out yesterday, but that means they had 2 days to call me and didn't. They just wanted my co-pay. The mental health care in Cape County is a joke.
They used to be really good, but since they got the latest doctor, about a couple years ago, they quit taking their patients seriously. Like a lot of people have said, they don't return phone calls, but more important, THEY DO NOT CALL IN REFILLS until you've been out for a week or 2. Especially things you're not supposed to go off is cold turkey. Walgreens actually told me it's a red flag that their psychiatrist will not call in your refills, after time after time after time I called over and over and over, left messages on... read more
The counselor seem to be cold and distant
They do not return phone calls and they never answer the phone. I called with a crisis situation and they still did not return my call. I like my therapist but the office is horrible.
