I underwent PRK surgery in November of last year. I had been wearing glasses since the age of seven, and I am truly grateful that I no longer need them. Best experience by the team here had PRK done here and was very successful, this has truly been a life changing experience. Prof Neol Alpins who did PRK made it feel like a breeze, explained everything little bit in detail. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable lasik eye surgery.
Had PRK surgery at New Vision Clinics in Cheltenham about 2 months ago now, and what a life changing experience it's been. Having no longer needing glasses full time, its completely changed my looks and confidents. If your considering doing this make an appointment its a free consultation. A big shout out to Trevine, George and team, reception girls and of coarse the No1 eye surgeon in Australia Dr Noel Alpins who did a fantastic job.
I have had a wonderful experience with both the East Melbourne and Cheltenham clinics. The team across both sites are kind, courteous and caring about their patients. I would highly recommend having PRK laser at either of the clinics.
I am now a month post PRK surgery - as I was ineligible for Lasik - and my eyesight is 20/20 and I am glasses-free. I was a bit worried to begin with, but now I am so pleased that I went through with it! The care from the team was fantastic and the actual procedure is painfree. Just a tip for anyone undergoing PRK (and not Lasik), it is painful and has a much longer recovery time - 4 weeks in total. It's totally worth it now, but I was a bit suprised at the pain levels.
