“Q” as he goes by, sold a vehicle to my son under the advertisement that it was “mechanically sound.” He did disclose that there were a few physical blemishes, but did not disclose the truth, which is that he just wanted this POS vehicle off of his hands! My experience was a great experience smooth selling . He will get you taken care of and put you in a car that not only meet and exceed your expectations!! Very professional and knowledgeable of all products .
On February 18th, I changed my mind about financing through his lender. I requested in writing, and Quintin verbally confirmed over the phone that I didn't want to move forward. Two days later without my signature on anything giving him permission to run my credit, he still ran an inquiry on my credit report on February 20th. I have reported this fraud to the consumer financial protection bureau. His inventory is old and overpriced, which is why I decided not to move forward in the first place.
