I lived in this community for a year and was very pleased overall. After looking at many luxury apartments, I was happy to find a place that felt like a home. Having two stories and a porch really made a big difference! When I ran into any issues, the leasing office and maintenance staff were very helpful and responsive. I started my journey 4 months ago with another employee who no longer works for the company. They didn’t submit the paper work and I didn’t get the 1st apartment. I’m elderly, visually impaired, I’ve had a stroke so when it comes to filling out papers it’s a Major challenge. Miss. Ally is such an amazing person! She is on top of things when needed. She understands and really hears you out! I love her!!!
The office staff was extremely helpful in assisting me to find a new unit across state lines! They were able to do a virtual tour, which was extremely helpful because I could not be present in person. The staff was responsive to emails and phone calls throughout the process. Would highly recommend these properties to anyone interested!
