Anthony the new property manager has been so helpful and professional glad to have him here! Maintenance has been amazing and I wanted update my review bc this property has really been amazing with this team!
The current property manager, Anthony, is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed living here, the apartments are large, have great lighting, and you can't beat the price for the location, especially being so close to high street. Also, the maintenance team is great! Very responsive and get your request complete quickly.
I appreciate the Whitney Young Townhomes staff for being highly responsive to a time-sensitive fix. Special thank you to Anthony Kimberlin and Isaac from the maintenance team for a quick turnaround!
Anthony was super great during the application process. One of my friends rents through this property and recommended it to me. I signed my lease and started my move in process this weekend. Everything has been smooth so far and I thank Anthony for that. The area is great. Apartment is wonderful. I'm super excited to spend the next year here. Application and move-in process were seamless. The leasing agent Anthony was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions. Apartment was move-in ready. Great area and love that there is free resident parking!
