I was referred to New View via the employee support program offered by my employer. When I saw some of the one star reviews I was a little bit concerned. But I decided to give New View a try so that I could evaluate them myself. Also just remember, when you miss an appt. You pay full price$$. And you don't receive Medicare rebate even with a careplan. First time it's happen to me. You've been warned.

I made an appointment for my daughter. When we arrived at the clinic I was told that the appointment (that I had made two days earlier was cancelled). I had no call to adviseof this, nor was the appointment cancelled through hot engine. They tried, repeatedly, to advise that this was my fault as there was no prepayment. I was advised that they had tried to call me, but they hadn’t! Nor had they tried to contact me via email. My booking was confirmed through hot engine… no mention of a prepayment required.
