I was referred to NVP by my GP within the same clinic I saw I think 4 different practitioners. All of them were terrible I am now, several years later, finally receiving treatment for the PTSD which seeing Beenish here in 2016 caused. The worst experience i have had!!!! Rude receptionist ....i had made a booking for my daughter poir and wanted to change it. I had given them my credit card details with my name, they asked me for a contract number which i gave my husband's because i don't have access to my phone at all times. She said when i rang up to change the appointment that i had no authority to do so because i wasn't the contact number.
