I was very impressed!! Dr. Chad and the staff gave me the most comprehensive eye exam I can recall. Lots of great info. They really care about their patients. So glad I went there. Highly recommend. Great price on my glasses too!! Loved the experience!!
Definitely one of the best in the area! They have cutting edge equipment, very skilled staff, and a friendly caring environment. There have been several time I go back after a few days saying “something needs adjusted”. They always take the time to understand what is happening and make the correction (even if it requires reworking lenses). I always leave completely satisfied that my time and money have been well spent. Highly recommended.

I saw Dr. Schirner today for a serious injury to the eye. She was professional with thorough explanations and advice on how to proceed. She was kind and had a great deal of patience explaining everything. All of the staff had positive attitudes and made the experience a good one despite the injury. I definitely found my new optometrist. Follow up appointment 3 weeks later was the same as the first. AWESOME
Great experience at new view optometry. In the chair within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Very polite staff and they provide great explanations on benefits coverage prior to going back for the exam, great transparency! Offer an option to have prescription/lenses swapped if you are experiencing issues, that’s great customer service! I was in an out in 45 minutes, can’t beat that!
