New View was responsible and paid to watch our vacation property when we are not there. My parents spend several months a year in Florida as well so when they are there they watch my place. When I reactivated service they asked for another key because they LOST mine?!?!!

sent a disputed bill to collections two year after the conversation. no follow up on their end. cleaned an apartment 3 day after it had been take care of by management Co. had to ban them form property. very poor performance are they still in business? maybe not this could have come from a settlement don't let them waist you time.
