Terrible customer service says in there policy that they don’t throw personal belongings away they take them to the front desk, yet they threw my 4 year olds blanket in the trash that’s she has had since 8months old…I had to DUMPSTER dive!!!!! To get my child’s sentimental blanket. While doing so i founds several personal belongings Nike clothing beach towels peoples clothes………pathetic!!!
