The care provided was prompt and the doctor went into depth about options of care. The nurse was kind. Overall great experience. My family and I always have a positive experience here.
Came to this urgent care after several nights without sleep due to severe Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS). The front desk and nurse were polite and professional — no complaints there. But then the "provider" walked in and instantly changed the tone of the visit. She opened with a cold and irritated “What’s the problem?” — no greeting, no introduction, just immediate attitude.
