Emergency Dr is the worst. I had surgery about a week ago. Been having lots of pain since, I’ve done everything possible to try an explain my pain. When I was put onto the surgery table in the same day surgery they placed my buttock in a potion, I told them my back hurt really bad. They gave my meds and I don’t remember anything till I got to recovery room, been having issues since. Regret having the surgery there and patient care has gone way down hill in the past several yrs. sad 😢 go to Mayo…
BEWARE when bringing yourself or a loved one to this location. Especially if you are handicapped. The nurses were not trained in using the sling needed to transport to the commode and did damage to my mom's ribcage They do not want to take care of you if they need to do more than just check your vitals or give you medications. The staff also automatically states you have COVID when you walk in the door for any issue, my mom went in for stomach pain. Unfortunately, the ER doctor lacked good bedside manner, as well as the nurse. I normally don’t do reviews, but I’m very displeased. When I brought my son there they made me feel like my concerns weren’t valid, until I said my husbands a nurse, then they took my concerns into consideration. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I brought my husband in because he was extremely ill and they refused to do any scans, left there and went to another clinic and he was hospitalized. Primary care specialists are very good. Quite a lot of specialists are based in New Ulm or come to New Ulm frequently.
go to mankato. it'll be worth the drive.
The Emergency dept do a great job. Dr Ouyong is a welcome addition to the podiatry dept.
