I called for help scheduling an appointment...the receptionist lady (who was very nice) transferred me to a nurse, who scolded me for not calling the right place. I realize people have bad days, but there's no need to yell and scold at me for making a simple mistake. I'm never going to try and schedule an appointment here again.

Read the clinical notes after your visits. I've had chronic pain in my arms neck and shoulders for 2.5 years. My primary care provider does not believe me, or take me seriously. I've had three mental health "professionals" who do not listen well, document incorrectly, or fail to take my words at value.
I love it every time we go staff is very kind
