Lady on the phone wasnt knowledgeable and then said after I ask too leave a message hung up on me....
I’ve had ongoing issues with billing and coding. Claims are frequently coded incorrectly, which leads to charges that should have been covered. It’s frustrating to have to call and fix errors that shouldn’t happen in the first place. This process needs to be more accurate and transparent for customers.
Customer service is a joke they and cut you off and then tells you just to go to urgent care and hangs up on you.
Horrible place. They don’t care and just assume
