Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this clinic’s staff. My daughter is currently receiving services here, and after a recent change in insurance, we notified the clinic as required. Instead of assisting with the authorization process, the staff told me that I needed to call TriCare to obtain authorization. When I contacted TriCare, they clearly explained that the clinic is responsible for requesting the authorization, not the patient or parent.
