So disappointed. What I thought would be an amazing experience has caused such stress and remorse for me. the treatment results were disappointing, unprofessional and poor customer service (excluding the receptionist) im out 1300.00 on a treatment I saved up to get. Ultimately I ended up asking for my money back because I didn't feel comfortable going in to have another procedure done and they refused. I guess I should have listened to my gut.
