I used to go to this Salon. I know a little bit of Spanish so I could try to get by. My mom has been going to this business since they were at their previous location, before they moved to this mall, and have continued being a client once they moved to this location. It's not about money, the price is affordable. I said I wanted certain bangs and showed the stylist the picture of the bangs that I wanted but she just cut my hair too short and didn't even ask me what length I wanted. I am so disappointed that I had to wait till my hair grew and fixed it. And it's not even certain bangs.

2 women in here were stand offish, rude. She didn’t want to wash my hair for a haircut. Did a quick shampoo and conditioner, I asked for 2 inches off and layers with face framing layers. She did one inch off and just a V cut, not much layers at all. In the moment it seemed nice but when I left I realized you can’t even tell I had a haircut. $50 down the drain. Also they didn’t honor a 10% off card I had from that specific location as I had my hair done before with a nicer lady. Not a good experience.
