living in the New Tremont building I can say that they are friendly and very helpful. Its affordable and furnished, and Quincy being a college town this is a great place for students especially! Even the other tenants are wonderful. Everyone here is great.
I lived here for 3.5 years and liked it . great staff and ive had friendly neighbors for the most part. Would recommend .
I worked at New Tremont Apartments. They had a bad bedbug problem there. The building manager is a jerk. He is a hothead with a very explosive temper. He loses his temper and yells at the employees and also he had no respect for the tenants. Don't get an apartment here
