You know I've only been here a month and a half. It was a struggle at first just trying to get used to apartment living. My apartment is large and spacey in my 2b2b. I tell you things have been changed and updated, and they just keep getting updated, sure it takes time but doesn't everything. Maintenance and management has been wonderful. Been here 2 years now and I can honestly say the maintenance team is superb! So far I’ve had a toilet replaced, a new stove, and new shower head. Their timing and courtesy does not go unnoticed! On the downside, lawn care could really use some improvement. Grass is cut maybe once or twice a month and by that time it’s like coming home to an abandoned wilderness. Trash is also a serious issue around here, both in and outside of the buildings. It’d be nice if the buildings were occasionally vacuumed and checked for debris. Ove... read more
