Hello, I am a resident of NEWT WEST and I must say Carolina is very responsive to emails and treats tenants as human beings. Any maintenance request I have ever had has been addressed the same day if not then the next day. They aren’t luxury apartments at all but I do recommend them. I feel like she cares about the property and is always working on ways to better improve the property. When I moved in, the apartment was not properly prepared. You can tell they were more concerned with filling apartments than making them livable. It felt like they were just putting anyone into units without taking the time to properly clean, repair, or prepare them for new tenants. The walls had never been repainted, there were broken closet doors—some even had holes punched through them—and many of the doors were scratched up from previous tenants’ pets. Really like the apartment. Very spacious with assigned parking spot. Very quiet with super nice neighbors. The issues I have are the fact they won’t replace the closet door that is missing in the second bedroom and all cabinets need repainted badly in kitchen and bathrooms.

I've been here for about 3-4 months, and I like it a lot so far. My neighbors are quiet and respectful, no issues with AC/heat, maintenance has been quick to fix any issues I have, and I've had no problem with parking. The units are pretty spacious for the price. My only complaint is that the laundry rooms need work, at least the one in my building. There's one washer and one dryer, and they'll eat your change. The laundry room isn't kept clean either. But otherwise I like this complex and am excited to keep living here.

Older, but well taken care of. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues. Quiet neighborhood. Best of all- assigned parking! Move in was hassle free. A nice place to call home.
