I had an excellent experience at New Town Health Hub. Dr Ali is an exceptionally well‑educated and highly experienced practitioner who brings both professionalism and genuine care to every appointment. His explanations are clear, thoughtful, and reassuring, and you can immediately tell he has deep knowledge in his field Highly recommended.
I just sat in the waiting room for my appointment at 8:45. Weighted 45 minutes saw the doctor come out and see two other patients, politely went up to the receptionist to find out that I hadn't been checked in after I had explicitly spoken to her gave him my name and my Medicare card..... Definitely won't be coming back or recommending
