I have been to this office twice for cleanings, having just moved here one year ago. Called Wednesday, because I had a terrible toothache. They never called back. Called again four hours later, again, NO ONE called me back. Got an appointment with another dentist as an emergency, and I have a bad abscess. I will never see these dentists again!!
After Dr. Springmann retired, I started seeing Dr. Flores. I was concerned because Dr. Springmann was so fabulous. Well, Dr. Flores is just as fabulous! She took excellent care of my teeth and crowns. I had developed a difficult issue w/ my crowns and was seriously damaging my front teeth crowns that were only 2-years old.
