Horrible experience. My service began with a deluxe spa pedicure. The female tech did not attempt any type of interaction and did not provide any type of leg massage. Horrible! Then the male nail tech watched something on his phone the entire service and kept drilling my cuticles in the process. The cherry 🍒 on top, the manager charged my card $796 instead of $196 for the terrible service, then I get outside to discover the color on my hands and feet do not match... 😭 Never going back...

been coming here for abt 7 years,today i had the pleasure of meeting princess shes awesome!!!i love her personality, she did an amazing job on my pedicure,i love her,first time here that i really love my pedicure

I had the pleasure of meeting Princess who’s only been here 3 days, did a fantastic job on my pedicure! Her personality was simple wonderful! We laughed and talked like we been knowing each other for a long time. I was simply amazed by her great customer service and the the professionalism that came along with it. I recommend her to everyone!

My sweet cousin who has been their client for 10 years surprised me by taking me to have my nails done. I haven't had my nails done since 1995. I had a huge family event and I was very nervous. Sometimes late last night or this morning I realized I can't work with these nails on my hand. I have a very difficult physical job unboxing items in a retail stockroom.
