Useless visit. Brought my wife in for help and the doctor said they couldn't help. Doctor didn't even examine her, yet was charged $80
Went there on a Saturday morning during a holiday weekend and was seen and treated quickly. Very nice and professional staff too. Glad I didn’t have to sit in an ER for hours!
I followed Dr. Mitch Forman from another urgent care facility to New Tampa Urgent Care. He is an excellent diagnostician, and has never been wrong. When I don't have time to make an appointment to see my family doctor, I don't hesitate to go to NTUC. It's never a very long wait, and you can choose to wait in your car.
Called in advance for my wife and they were very helpful. Once we got there front office staff was fast. Nurses/med assistants were very comforting. Saw doctor in less than 20 minutes and he was great. Examined my wife and her pain and gave her so great alternatives. He did not make her go through a lot tests as he felt comfortable with his diagnosis. Picked up prescription at pharmacy 20 minutes later. This was a great experience and very comforting to my wife that she did not have a bigger issue.
Listen, panic attacks are serious. I understand people have different views thoughts on them. But when you’re the one going through it, you feel like your throat is closing. Not a good feeling. My husband went here for this reason, he wanted to be sure everything was okay. Long story short they did not take his case serious and sure as heck showed it. Not friendly at all. Made us feel like we were a waste of their time. Not going back to this location.
