We've had Joe service our furnace and air conditioning twice a year, for a few years now. Without a doubt, he's one of the nicest and most helpful people you'll ever meet, in ANY industry. His customer service (and the company itself) is beyond words, and it's always great to see him. No sales pitches, nothing unnecessary...just great service. Thanks Joe!
Great Customer Service. New Systems installed a tankless hot water heater for us which is more complicated than just replacing a traditional hot water heater. There were a couple of glitches in the process. No project is guaranteed to go smoothly, it's really how the contractor response to the issues. Dale was always great about getting back to us, coming back and getting everything just right. And he was always pleasant.
Joseph Stone was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. My system was wired incorrectly which caused my nest to run the A/C and furnace at the same time. Joe found the problem and fixed it without any problems. I also had him clean my system and now my A/C runs more efficiently. When he was done, he was kind enough to offer advice on how to keep the system working properly. I would definitely recommend Joe and New Systems.
Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable about our air conditioning system. He answered all of our questions, gave us great advice, and was punctual. Both my husband and I enjoyed working with Joe.
