The food is genuinely great, but the customer service and hosting completely ruined the experience. There’s a sign saying to wait to be seated, yet there was no host anywhere to be found. Once we finally got seated, we had to go looking for our server ourselves. We then had to ask for water, which came out hot, tasted like dishwater, and was only filled halfway. High traffic joint with a GREAT bowl of Pho'...while I'm no conosuer of Pho' I've went to enough Pho' joints to know the difference and this one Def. Hits the spot on lunch outing.
This place has generous portions of food. Recommend the pho, bo ne and banh canh. Flavorful with large portions.
