I came in to service my GTI on a Friday at 11 am and left on the following Saturday with a new Golf R. At no time was I pressured into anything and full disclosure was given to me throughout the entire process. I couldn't recommend Jamie Vannorman any higher without it sounding like I knew her previously (I did not). The service department also deserves recognition for openness and honesty.
I have had issues with my car for at least a year, and no one in my hometown knew how to fix a volkswagen since they're not popular here. So I decided to take it 6 hours away from home, to the dealership, trusting that they would know what to do. A week later, no updates, no news on what's going on, nothing. Had an awesome experience with purchasing a vehicle for a family member sold by Roger. Went in recently to purchase a Tiguan for my wife and roger wasnt in. ended up "dealing" with Mat.... needles to say i was given the run around and didnt seem like he wanted to sell a vehicle. ended up dealing with Northside Volkswagen and had the deal done before leaving the dealer. Highly recomend not using Mat.
Reluctantly travelled out of town to Sudbury to buy our first even Tiguan, but was blown away by the incredible customer service Roger gave us. Really professional, enjoyable experience - he went above and beyond the call of duty. We love the new car- thank you Roger!
