Had an awesome experience with purchasing a vehicle for a family member sold by Roger. Went in recently to purchase a Tiguan for my wife and roger wasnt in. ended up "dealing" with Mat.... needles to say i was given the run around and didnt seem like he wanted to sell a vehicle. ended up dealing with Northside Volkswagen and had the deal done before leaving the dealer. Highly recomend not using Mat.
Reluctantly travelled out of town to Sudbury to buy our first even Tiguan, but was blown away by the incredible customer service Roger gave us. Really professional, enjoyable experience - he went above and beyond the call of duty. We love the new car- thank you Roger!
I’ve had consistently good experiences with New Sudbury Volkswagen. I had a small recall that required me to bring my ID.4 in this week and Travis went above and beyond with his team. He made sure I was always in the loop, got the work done quickly, and even fixed a couple small issues they spotted. Travis also made drop off and pick-up really easy, sending a driver so I wouldn’t have to navigate swapping out vehicles with a newborn at home. Thanks for the terrific service Travis!
Purchased vehicles elsewhere until 2005. Bought a Beetle that year and have stayed with VW/Audi since. Excellent customer service and service dept is the best of any dealership I’ve been to. Referred family. Bought new and used. Never, ever disappointed. Latest purchase through Marc Andre. Seamless. And I love my car. 🎉 I have never waited. I am always greeted by name. Wonderful family business and great vehicles.
It’s the second time I lease a Tiguan and have had the pleasure of having Jamie as my salesperson. It’s always so easy dealing with her, she takes the time to go through all the new features in the vehicle and goes out of her way to make sure you are a happy client. Loving my new ride!
