New style nails used to be my go to nail salon , now I’m going to look for somewhere new after this most recent disappointing experience. I’ve noticed they’ve seemed to go downhill , what used to be a nice ,friendly consistent salon , is turning into a chop shop . They rush you , hover behind you while you’re choosing a color ,& I’m always early.. I’m paying for a service & being rushed , all of my nails are different and jagged. Went here for a gel acrylic fill with one broken nail on 8/10/25. I took my 9 year old with my for her first experience of a full set and pedicure. The lady that did my nails was rude. Didn’t have any patience what so ever. Not to mention yesterday 8/17/2025 the same nail I had repaired already broke off. For $120 just for my daughter and myself nothing crazy basic colors because they were rushing us I will Never return. I've been getting my nails done here every 2 weeks for 2+ years. Definitely the best option around. Friendly, clean, professional. They honor appointment times, unlike a lot of their competitors. Color selection is amazing. I've never even had 1 nail lift or had my polish on fingers or toes chip. No lie. I love these people. I'll never go any place else.
Nails look great!
Great experience! We were just passing through and stopped in to get a gel set with drawn stars and a black French. Both turned out wonderful! The employees were kind and professional. The store was bright and clean. 10/10 recommend!!
