I was first annoyed by the continuous interruption when expressing how I wanted my hair done. The lady that did my hair was very heavy handed and when parting my hair it was uncomfortable. To say the least I was nit satisfied with my hair I paid and left. It was so tight I removed braids immediately because of headache coming on. I couldn't lay on my head.
First, i had an appointment but they made me come back. They didn't get started until nearly 2 hours after my appointment time, which i paid a deposit for. There were two different braiders that did my hair. 2 weeks later some braids are coming out, others are fine. The one braider obviously didn't know what she's doing! I called the shop to ask that the braids that are coming out be fixed. I was told they would charge me! Crazy. Charge me to fix their poor work. Absolutely not! I won't be back.
They lie about the prices online and will give you a different price at your appointment price
