Terrible. I call around 2:30ish to make an appointment for 4. I arrive at 3:46 and walk in to see the hair lady giving me looks. I greet and say hello no response. A lady on the side greets me instead and motions me to sit. The hair lady then proceeds to force a smile and talk to me. She asks if I was the one who called and if I’m getting nails done which is weird, considering I told her in English AND Spanish I’m just getting the tips of my hair cut. I highly recommend doing your nails by Jessica. She’s amazing. I always get my nails done with her. Great attention to detail and she can do any design you bring to her.
