Although I didn't even end up purchasing any insurance from this broker, they gave me advise relevant to the location I was calling from. This led to me getting a good deal even though this broker didn't make a single cent from me. I would turn to this broker for honest advise and guidance.
Two emails sent and 2 phone calls made over 2 days - no response. The phone says to leave a message and they'll get right back to you - you won't even lose you place in line. After an hour wait, I called again to receive a message about their office hours - this was at 2:30 pm on a Friday. Additionally their email link (Shoot Us and Email) is incorrect and their chat service does not work - a lot like the company.
Bobby was really eager to help me out regarding my insurance needs. I definitely recommend working with him as he's saved me a lot of money.
