Not impressed! First off they charge way more than a lot of other people. 2nd off I drove to their place in Carrollton only to come to find out they are located in a basement in Douglasville. When I called and asked if they changed locations they said yes but it’s right down the street and not that far from the previous building they used to be located in. Okay so I was thinking maybe 5 -10 mins down the road … NOPE.. how about 25 mins down the road. Unprofessional. Went with someone else and paid a cheaper price for a bigge... read more
Several years of great customer services & business.
I could not get them on the phone during business hours. Called maybe 6 times today and it goes to voicemail after 3 rings. Keep in mind its a Monday and I'v been calling since 10:30am. Had a client recommend them but ill never know how good they are. Very bad 1st impression...
