I have tried to activate my warranty it’s now two years and still nobody is responding I have even gone to the company and now the doors are closed no new forwarding address Not happy
This company will take your money and not stand behind their work and refuse to honour their warranty. Save yourself grief and money and go somewhere else. We have experienced the same lack of professionalism that the other reveiewers have. We did an extensive reno and addition and hired New Steel Roofers to install a new roof about 3 years ago. THIS IS THE WOREST RIPOFF COMPANY. I originally left a great review for new steel roofs but 2 years later our attic is full of mould due to NO VENTING. There is not one vent on the roof. It cost us 4000 thousand dollars to have the mould professionaly removed. I have called the company 5 times without even a call back. Now I need to hire a company to fix their shaddy work. Do yourselves a favor and DON'T waste your money on this corrupt company. TRUST ME, IT'S TWO BROTHERS AND THEY ARE THIEFS STEALING YOUR MONEY
The crew that came out were very professional. Very respectful of my neighbors and our home. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a steel roof
Do not deal with them. They don't answer calls or emails or fix shoddy work. We have to find another contractor to fix the horrible work they did.
