I've worked a few times with Bill Van Damme and New Start Home Inspections. As a real estate agent, a couple of my clients recently hired Bill Van Damme to do home inspections before buying a home. I am a Bay Area Realtor Servicing the greater Silicon Valley and I recommend Bill to all my clients regardless if they are buyers or sellers. As a professional full time realtor that has used Bill Van Damme for over 5 years, I have found all his inspections to be thorough, and complete and HONEST! He would never do such things as damage your home, but only to point out honest issues of the homes had the home been neglected. It has been a pleasure working with Bill. To start off, he was very courteous on the phone and through out later. He was available for the inspection at a very short notice. Not only that, he started the outdoor/exterior inspection even before I reached their with the key. He was thorough in explaining the results. In fact, he was nice enough to answer a question I had 3 months later. Will definitely use his services again!
