I am renting through JAKE (JUNG HYUN) MOON. He is the most rude, unprofessional, and cheap landlord I have ever had. Anytime I contact him about something that has to do with the business he refuses to respond or acknowledge my concerns. He refuses to take responsibility for anything even for things which are clearly written out as his responsibility in our contract. I was referred to New Star Realty Valley branch by a friend for purchasing my home. The realtor I worked with, Tommy Park, was very thorough and knowledgeable about various locations in SoCal for my price range. The realtor was very familiar with homes beyond the valley area, so I was able to view many homes in the East and South of SoCal. I appreciated most how my realtor was very experienced with the push and pull of negotiating the close of a home. Recently sold and purchased through Mr. Tommy Park. Exceptional service. Mr. Park went above and beyond for us. Selling and purchasing at the same time can be pretty stressful, but Mr. Park made the whole process go as smoothly as possible and eased the stress off of us. Had a great experience with him. He was on top of everything and explained everything to us in detail so that we wouldn't be confused. He always made sure any questions I had were answered.
