I had a horrible customer service experience with a woman who called me, and I missed the call, returned her call by simply clicking the missed call, and she promptly hung up on me and denied ever calling saying I typed her number in wrong. I inquired if maybe someone called me about a home listed as I may have inquired online, but she just hung up on me. Horrendous customer service and very rude behavior.
