Worked with Renee Kim on a deal and she was very unprofessional. She didn’t have any knowledge on how to help her clients. We had to figure everything out and ask her about it. Pretty much once she received her commission she was done with us. There’s still many things we’re doing to set up our new lease but the property management and others we’re working with said that the broker should’ve informed us and help us with that. I wouldn’t recommend her at all.
