Jessica did an incredible job on my nails!! I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she made it happen to the T!!! I drive from Brooklyn to get my nails done by her every time. She is truly outstanding at what she does and always remembers me when I pop in. Thank you Jessica! I love them so much!!!
These people are by far the WORST! Jessica the owner has a nasty attitude what's the point of making an appointment if I have to wait hours to be serviced? Then once serviced she's rushing, pulling your hands, talking about you to her colleagues in your face, rolling her eyes ect. If your were doing my nails for free maybe I wouldn't mind it but I am a paying customer please work on your customer service. Oh! She also demands a tip once you get to the counter but not a penny earned !! FIX IT
SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!!! DO NOT GO HERE SO MANY BETTER PLACES IN TOWN OR THE NEXT TOWN OVER this place sucks i asked for a simple design and told me they could do it and than when it was time to do it they told me no and i asked for a different color because i didn't like how to it looked it was a whole different color than what she showed me the woman sunny flipped out and said you liked that color and than tried to show me the new color and said its the same color that i already had on my nailS,they also used the grill on... read more
The place is very clean and bright! Staff is polite and tentative, reasonably priced, will def go back.
